Shift Pattern: 12 hour shift pattern, with every other weekend off

Overview
Are you someone who enjoys solving problems? You may like gaming or tinkering with technology. You have transferable skills to succeed in a Customer Service Technical role with EE. This opportunity is with the Broadband Technical Team in Warrington, where you’ll speak with customers over the phone about broadband tech-related queries. You could help with simple router questions or more complex issues, providing support and ownership for the customer until resolution.
You don’t need specific experience to join. If you’re naturally helpful, calm, and can build relationships, we can train you on the rest.

* Handle inbound customer inquiries related to broadband technology over the phone
* Resolve simple router issues and work on more complex problems as needed
* Provide support with ownership to ensure customer satisfaction
* Utilize available tools and resources to assist customers efficiently
* Collaborate with the team to improve customer experience and outcomes
