* Full time permanent position, 48 hours a week
* Salary from £38,000 per annum, depending on experience
* An additional share of the service charge and tips paid every month (about 3.5k annually)
* You will be responsible for preparation and service, supporting the Head and Sous Chefs
* Ensuring high level of food quality and preparation
* Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail
* Assisting with the development of menus
* Ability to work unsupervised and using own initiative
* Support and assist with managing team members
* Strictly follow all food safety and health & safety procedures
