Business Developments, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing or Consulting experiences are beneficial, but not essential. Strong networking and goal-driven abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Great computer skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work extremely well under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple daily tasks. Responsibilities: Headhunting, chasing referrals, utilizing internal databases, and networking. Evaluating a number of applications and resumes. Proactively connecting with different applicants. Finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates. Negotiating pay and salary rates between interviewees. Enter, distribute, and regularly update candidates on the system.
