What You’ll Be Doing
* Own and develop relationships with a portfolio of major fleet customers, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact
* Drive measurable value for clients—think operational impact, safety improvements, and commercial outcomes
* Identify and deliver upsell and renewal opportunities, contributing directly to revenue growth
* Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure solutions land smoothly and customers stay engaged
What You’ll Need to Bring
* Solid experience managing B2B accounts, ideally in SaaS, tech, or fleet environments
* Proven ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-paced setting
* Commercial awareness and comfortable spotting upsell opportunities and handling renewals
* Confident with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and able to turn data into actionable insights
