As a Band 7 Practice Development Lead, the Mental Health Support Team (MHST) provides an ideal environment for you to expand your existing skills.
We are seeking an experienced Practitioner with significant post-qualification experience working therapeutically within the MHST. There are two posts available, offering both full-time and part-time hours.
As a registered Nurse, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist, you will work across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland supporting children, young people, their families, and carers to promote best practice.

Main duties of the job
The MHST is a low-intensity service offering therapeutic interventions such as 1:1 therapy, group work, and whole-school approaches to children and young people.
The Band 7 Practice Development Lead will collaborate with clinical leads and family service managers to support and enhance pathways and policies within the service.
