As a Customer Service Officer in our estates team, you will provide a professional, responsive, and welcoming service to all contractors, estates visitors, college staff, and students through any platform - face-to-face, telephone, and digital. The post holder will support the management team with administrative duties.
We operate in a fast-paced environment where every team member plays a crucial role in our success. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a maternity cover for a dedicated Customer Service Officer to ensure smooth operations and perform other duties related to the role.
This is a part-time role working 22.5 hours per week, with working hours from 9 am to 5 pm. The specific days will be discussed at the interview.
