SF are pleased to be working with a fantastic business in Coventry who are looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our team and provide day-to-day support across a range of HR activities. This is a varied role that will involve recruitment coordination, onboarding, absence tracking, payroll admin, and general HR support. \n\nYou'll be the first point of contact for many HR-related queries and processes, helping to ensure a smooth experience for both new and existing employees.
This is an onsite role and is up to £30K DOE. \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCoordinate interviews and assist with the recruitment process.\nManage onboarding tasks such as new starter paperwork, inductions, system access, and equipment.\nProcess leaver paperwork and ensure systems are updated accordingly.\nMaintain absence records, generate reports, and support absence review processes.\nProvide administrative support for payroll and time & attendance systems.\nTake accurate notes during meetings and investigations as needed.\nAssist with apprentice admin and provide wider support to the HR Manager.\nHelp with general HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nPrevious experience in an HR support or admin role.\nIdeally a background within a blue-collar environment\nStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.\nExcellent organisation and time management skills.\nConfident using HR systems and Microsoft Office.\nA proactive approach and ability to manage deadlines.\nStrong team player with good communication skills at all levels.\n\nIf you're looking to grow your HR experience and gain exposure along side a fantastic HR Manager - please apply now
