If you want a graduate role where you make a genuine difference from day one, this is it.

This is not a box-ticking compliance job.

This is about protecting lives, improving systems and shaping safer, smarter manufacturing environments across Europe.

You will join a global leader in high-performance building solutions, operating at scale across multiple countries and divisions. You will learn how world-class health, safety and environmental standards are built, embedded and continuously improved.

If you are serious about becoming a fully competent Health & Safety professional this is your foundation.

* Support legal compliance and regulatory frameworks
* Collect, analyse and report health and safety data including:

* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

You will see how safety strategy directly impacts production, sustainability and business performance.

* Be available to start no later than 30 September 2026

Right to Work

* Have the permanent right to live and work in your chosen UK or EU location

Technical & professional capability

You should demonstrate:

* Strong analytical and logical thinking
* Understanding of engineering principles
* Interest in manufacturing environments and operational systems
* Ability to interpret data and identify trends

Personal attributes

We are looking for graduates who:

* Take responsibility rather than waiting for direction
* Communicate confidently with both operational staff and leadership

* Care about safety, sustainability and doing things properly

If you want to build credibility early and shape safer industrial environments, it probably is.

* Access to senior leaders across the business
* Exposure to international operations
* The opportunity to work across multiple divisions including insulation, panels, environmental systems, data and waterproofing
* A career pathway into a fully qualified Health & Safety professional role

This is a long-term career investment, not a short-term placement.
