Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Head of Quality (Apprenticeships)
based out of our London office.
As the Head of Quality (Apprenticeships), you will be responsible for defining and implementing Fitch Learning’s processes for delivering apprenticeship provision to learners. You will ensure we meet all regulatory and quality requirements, establish and test policies, systems, and processes, and provide evidence for ESFA and Ofsted inspections. Additionally, you will position us for future growth.

4. Manage the Ofsted inspection process.
5. Implement and continuously improve Quality Frameworks within the organization.
6. Coach and motivate a team of quality specialists and Skills Coaches, ensuring robust CPD and development activities drive success.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ESFA funding rules and implement the required evidence standards.
8. Ensure all necessary policies are current to enable Fitch Learning to meet its regulatory requirements in accordance with EFSA apprenticeship funding rules.
What You Need to Have:
9. Extensive experience in leading Quality Assurance divisions with a deep understanding of quality assessment models
10. Teaching degree
11. Experience in fostering a culture of quality in the Apprenticeship sector.
12. Ofsted nominee experience
