Join to apply for the Business Change Facilitator role at Temple B'nai Abraham. An exciting opportunity for a motivated and innovative Business Change Facilitator passionate about user‑centred design to join the Digital Transformation Team in CTM.
As part of the Digital & Data Directorate, you will support the redesign of services to improve outcomes for patients, citizens, and families, aligned with the Health Boards strategy CTM 2030.
Key Responsibilities
* Support collaborative change with people services, operational and clinical colleagues and the wider digital team.
* Document business processes in association with clinicians and non‑clinicians when implementing systems.
* Provide business change expertise to implement clinical systems, ensuring the highest standards of business needs are met.
* Manage and baseline benefits to support benefit realisation across programmes.
* Deliver programmes with training and business user support as required.
Qualifications and Experience
* Demonstrable experience of supporting digital transformational change within a healthcare environment.
* Excellent engagement and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven change management and benefits delivery skills.
* Awareness of business/clinical issues and ability to highlight risks associated with implementation.
* Specialist knowledge to encourage effective use of clinical and non‑clinical information.
* Ability to investigate innovative ways of implementing business change, researching user preferences and suggesting changes.
* Monitor the impact of business change activity and develop evaluation processes.
* Monitor data quality and report back to users, influencing change to improve data quality.
* Work with the Business Change Manager to support benefit workshops, baseline benefits and ongoing monitoring through to realisation.

Welsh Language Skills
