We are looking for a motivated and hands‑on Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of installation projects across the UK and Europe. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on‑site, working closely with customers and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
You will play a key role in coordinating site activity, managing subcontractors, and building strong relationships with customers, while gaining exposure to all aspects of project delivery.
What You’ll Do
* Support the delivery of installation projects across multiple sites
* Manage day‑to‑day site activity to ensure work is completed on time and to specification
* Coordinate schedules, deliveries, and subcontractor activity
* Carry out site surveys and assessments
* Assist with preparing quotes based on customer requirements
* Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and site teams
* Ensure all installations meet quality standards and specifications
* Monitor project progress and support margin performance
* Resolve site queries quickly and professionally
* Work closely with Customer Service and Project Administration to ensure smooth delivery
* Support the selection, training, and coordination of installation teams
* Ensure all health & safety standards and site compliance requirements are met
* Other duties as required
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Additional education in project management, construction, engineering, or a related field is a plus
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* A proactive, hands‑on approach and willingness to be on‑site
* Good communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
* Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to respond quickly to challenges
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
* Interest in project management, construction, or site‑based operations
* Willingness to travel across Europe as required
