Associate Project Manager – Care Home Projects
Remote (travel to sites in South/South East England)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Project Manager to join a growing team, focusing on Care Home development and refurbishment projects. You will support the successful delivery of new build, extension, and renovation schemes across a broad portfolio, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of care-specific design and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the end-to-end delivery of care home projects from feasibility through to completion
* Collaborate closely with senior project managers, contractors, consultants, and care providers
* Assist with programme scheduling, budget management, and procurement processes
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards, Building Regulations, and specialist design principles
* Manage stakeholder communications, including clients, design teams, and internal departments
* Monitor project performance, report on progress, and proactively identify risks
* Attend site visits and meetings across multiple locations
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years’ experience in project management or construction consultancy, preferably with healthcare or care home projects
* Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline
* Knowledge of health & safety, building compliance, and planning frameworks relevant to care environments
* Strong communication and organizational skills with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
* Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project reporting tools
* Experience working within a regulated environment such as CQC is highly desirable
