VAN DRIVER
Hours: MONDAY - SATURDAY AVAILABILITY: 06:00 START TIMES
Pay Rate: £13.34 PER HOUR
People Solutions are recruiting experienced Van Drivers to cover home delivery work for our well-established homeware client based in Barnsley .

Day to Day Duties:
Driving delivery vans safely and efficiently to make timely residential deliveries
Working as part of a two-person team
Occasionally being a driver's mate
Provide excellent customer service
Adhere to driving and working time regulations
Comply with company policies and procedures
Assist with furniture deliveries
Lifting and carrying
Essential Skills:
Have held a valid UK Category B Driving Licence for a minimum of one year
No more than six penalty points
No major endorsement codes
Excellent customer service skills
Team player
Good communication skills
Hardworking
Must undergo drug and alcohol test
Desirable experience:
Experience working as part of a two-person team making home deliveries is desirable but not essential
Training:
Driving assessment must be undertaken
