Client Consultant - Accessories 37.5 hours (Birmingham)
Job Introduction
As a Client Consultant, you are an essential part of a team that delivers the extraordinary to our customers. You will be fully knowledgeable about all aspects of Selfridges, including the latest events and services that only Selfridges can offer. Based in your department, you will create memorable experiences by understanding reasons to visit for our customers, deepening relationships, and growing your client book while maintaining high retail standards.
Responsibilities
* Create the extraordinary by identifying and connecting with potential clients in your department, assessing and catering to their needs quickly.
* Work as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience, including selling, replenishing stock, cashing up, organizing rails, hosting, and ensuring accurate data capture at POS.
* Build a client base within your division and nurture long-term relationships through proactive client development, personalized updates, and focusing on driving OB brands and key products.
* Elevate customer experiences by providing seamless connections to other parts of the store and our Brand Partners.
* Manage customer feedback to continually improve service, sales, and retail standards.
* Stay ahead of trends by expanding your product knowledge and understanding of competitors.
* Follow health, safety, and security procedures, actively preventing stock loss.
About You
* Excellent communicator, able to adapt style to customer needs, and keep My Yellow Book updated with client preferences.
* Sales and service expert, acting as a personal concierge to clients and introducing them to colleagues as needed.
* Well-informed with excellent product knowledge and awareness of store events and services.
* Connected across the shop floor, knowing who to involve for additional product knowledge or cross-store experience.
* Curious about clients and trends, seeking to expand product knowledge beyond your division.
* Tech-savvy, using clienteling tools and an omni-channel approach effectively.
* Proud shopkeeper, maintaining a tidy environment, assisting with cashing up, and supporting the team.
