The Role of the Senior Management Accountant Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, balance sheet, costing, forecasts, and variance analysis Deliver clear and insightful financial reporting to senior stakeholders Work closely with the business teams to support performance and improve efficiency Manage cashflow and cashflow forecasting Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, recommending and implementing improvements where required VAT return submissions The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Management Accountant Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
