We are seeking to recruit a Deputy Manager to support with the organisation, delivery, and quality monitoring of our Reablement Service. You will work under the direction of the Care Quality Commission Registered Manager, to assist in all aspects of the day to day running of the Reablement service. About the Role As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the CQC Registered Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service. You’ll lead by example, supporting and motivating staff, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, and fostering a warm, safe, and person-centred environment for our guests. Key Responsibilities: • Support the Registered Manager in all aspects of the service. • Lead, mentor, and inspire the Reablement Team. • Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is always delivered • Maintain compliance with regulatory and safeguarding requirements • Build strong relationships with guests, families, and external professionals • Oversee safe and accurate administration, storage, and recording of medication • Proven expertise in medication management and administration • Support staff and guests in medication handling and best practice.
