Key Responsibilities: • Support the Registered Manager in all aspects of the service. • Lead, mentor, and inspire the Reablement Team. • Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is always delivered • Maintain compliance with regulatory and safeguarding requirements • Build strong relationships with guests, families, and external professionals • Oversee safe and accurate administration, storage, and recording of medication • Proven expertise in medication management and administration • Support staff and guests in medication handling and best practice.
