We're looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Finance Manager to take ownership of our internal financial operations and support the business with accurate, efficient financial management.
Key Responsibilities – Financial Operations
* Invoice & Payment Management: Manage client invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and supplier payments
* Cash Flow & Reconciliations: Maintain rolling cash flow forecasts; perform monthly bank, VAT, and payroll reconciliations
* Credit Control: Monitor aged debtors, manage overdue payments, and escalate issues where necessary
* Financial Reporting & Compliance: Produce internal financial reports and ensure compliance with statutory and internal controls
* External Coordination & Process Improvement: Work with external accountants and drive improvements in financial systems and processes
What We’re Looking For
* Finance Operations Experience: Proven background in finance, ideally within recruitment, staffing, or professional services
* Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Xero (or similar accounting software) and confident using Excel and the wider MS Office suite
* Attention to Detail & Discretion: Highly organised, with the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism
* Strong Communicator & Problem Solver: Clear communicator with a proactive mindset for resolving issues and improving processes
