Sales Development Specialist (Hybrid) I am on the lookout for a driven and confident Sales Development Specialist to help generate high-quality opportunities within this fast-paced B2B environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact with prospective clients, loves prospecting, and takes pride in booking well-qualified discovery meetings with senior stakeholders within prospective clients from inbound leads. What you’ll be doing Acting as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, qualifying interest and booking discovery meetings Running targeted outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email and sales engagement tools Engaging senior stakeholders Building and managing a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities Working closely with Sales and Marketing to align messaging and campaigns Maintaining accurate CRM data and reporting on activity and pipeline performance What we’re looking for 1–3 years’ experience in Sales Development, BDR or Lead Generation (B2B) Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders Organised, proactive and resilient in a target-driven environment Experience using CRM systems, LinkedIn and outbound sales tools Curious mindset with a genuine interest in understanding customer challenges This role offers a competitive basic salary depending on experince along with up to £10,000 bonus based on performance. It is a hybrid working with three days in the office and two days working remotely, alongside 25–30 days of annual leave depending on length of service.
