The Role As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, high-quality dining experiences, and operational excellence. You will lead a dedicated team, maintain our reputation for culinary excellence, and contribute to the hotel’s success. Key Responsibilities Manage and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding guest service. Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, stock management, and financial performance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain menu quality and innovation. Drive customer satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail. Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Requirements Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a 4/5-star hotel or fine dining environment. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and menu planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in budgeting and financial management. A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. What We Offer Competitive salary of €43,000 per annum.
