The Opportunity:
The Head of Client Services & Strategy will lead MeMos Client Services division, overseeing the delivery of exceptional client experience, strategic excellence, and commercial performance across all accounts. This individual will act as a senior strategic partner to key clients and an internal driver of best-in-class marketing thinking, ensuring that every campaign and initiative aligns with client objectives and delivers measurable results.
Working cross-functionally with MeMos PR & Influencer, Digital Marketing, and Social Media & Content divisions, this role ensures that all strategies are seamlessly integrated, insight-driven, and executed collaboratively to achieve the greatest impact for clients.
This is a pivotal role in MeMos next stage of growth - shaping how we deliver marketing excellence for some of the most exciting names in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor and develop the Client Services team to deliver consistently high standards of account management and strategic consultancy.
Foster collaboration across MeMos four divisions - PR & Influencer, Digital Marketing, Social Media & Content, and Client Services - ensuring a unified and effective client offering.
Oversee resource planning, team structure, and workflow to support agency growth and client retention.
Contribute to MeMos senior leadership team, shaping agency vision, process evolution, and growth strategy.
Client Strategy & Growth:
Act as a senior strategic lead on key client accounts, ensuring all marketing and communication strategies are insight-driven, integrated, and measurable.
Provide critical oversight and challenge on all strategies presented to clients, ensuring strategic coherence and creative effectiveness.
Identify opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts and contribute to new business development through strategic input and senior-level relationship building.
Quality & Performance:
Champion excellence in client service delivery, maintaining strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of client strategies and campaigns, ensuring performance is aligned with objectives and KPIs.
Critically evaluate marketing strategies and campaign plans to ensure creativity is balanced with commercial impact and measurable results
Set and uphold agency-wide standards for strategic thinking, client communication, and results reporting.
Commercial & Operational Oversight:
Work closely with leadership to forecast, plan and report on account profitability and client satisfaction.
Contribute to agency vision and leadership discussions as part of the senior management team.
Ensure processes, tools, and performance frameworks are in place to support efficiency and effectiveness across divisions.
What Were Looking For
To excel in this role, youll be an experienced, commercially minded marketing leader with a strong grounding in hospitality and a passion for delivering measurable impact. Youll bring a blend of strategic vision, client leadership, and operational excellence able to inspire teams, challenge thinking, and drive growth across MeMos divisions.
You should have:
Proven experience leading client services, marketing, or strategy functions within an integrated agency or multi-site hospitality brand.
A deep understanding of hospitalitys commercial drivers - from local marketing and seasonal activations to loyalty and retention.
Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to assess the effectiveness of marketing plans and ensure activity drives tangible business results.
Excellent leadership and team development skills, with a track record of motivating and upskilling account or marketing managers.
Confidence in managing senior client relationships, with the ability to provide consultative advice and strategic guidance.
Commercial acumen and the ability to link marketing performance to key metrics (reservations, revenue, engagement, retention).
Strong operational understanding of tools such as CRM systems (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and reservation platforms (e.g. SevenRooms, OpenTable, ResDiary).
Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, problem-solving approach and a genuine passion for hospitality, creativity, and data-driven storytelling.
