We love to create unexpected little moments of delight with talking points as you journey through our hotel. A collection of glamorous chandeliers or random sculptures around the gardens, a giant teddy bear for instance! As Reservationist what you’ll be doing -
* Be the first point of contact for many of our guests, delivering a warm, friendly, and professional welcome
*
Handle reservation enquiries with confidence, care, and accuracy across all communication channels
*
Create tailored recommendations based on guest needs, preferences, and occasion
*
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through excellent product knowledge and engaging communication
*
Manage reservations across rooms, restaurant, and spa
*
Ensure all guest details, preferences, and special requests are recorded accurately and shared promptly with operational teams
*
Send clear, professional reservation confirmations and guest communications
*
Spot opportunities to enhance the guest journey through thoughtful upselling and cross-selling
* Help maximise occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction while keeping every interaction personal and polished
Systems you'll be using -
Confidently manage reservations across our key platforms, keeping information accurate, aligned, and beautifully organised:

Opera PMS – room reservations, guest profiles, availability, and booking administration
*
SevenRooms – restaurant bookings, dining preferences, and table allocations
*
One Journey Spa – spa reservations, therapist availability, and wellness experiences
