We’re looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team, delivering high standards of cleanliness across designated areas on site. In this role, you’ll carry out a range of cleaning tasks within specified areas, working under the guidance of the Cleaning Supervisor or Cleaning Manager to ensure every space is safe, hygienic, and welcoming. Your attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right will play an important part in creating a positive environment for everyone on site. What You'll Do: Complete all required training and carry out scheduled cleaning tasks to the highest standard across toilets, offices, and communal areas, always using correct safety signage and colour-coding procedures Follow all company and client policies, including Health & Safety, COSHH, hygiene, security, and environmental standards, ensuring full compliance at all times Wear company uniform and appropriate PPE as required, maintaining a professional appearance and safe working practices Engage positively with customers and colleagues, respond promptly to any issues or complaints, and report incidents, faults, or site concerns to your Supervisor Work proactively and flexibly as part of the team — maintaining cleaning equipment and cupboards, completing required paperwork, supporting team meetings, and assisting with additional duties or cover when needed What You Bring: Proven all-round cleaning experience with a strong understanding of maintaining high standards Confident working independently, using your initiative to manage your time and workload effectively Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, colleagues, and management Good working knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH, with a commitment to safe practices Take pride in your personal presentation, maintaining excellent hygiene and a professional appearance Whatwe offer: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
