Supporting a Senior Partner

This role provides an opportunity to work closely with a senior member of the team, supporting their complex and dynamic schedule.

* Proactive diary management involves coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless execution.
* Beyond scheduling, the successful candidate will build strong relationships with portfolio companies, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
* The position requires exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Key Responsibilities

* Complex Diary Management: Proactively manage the senior partner's diary, ensuring timely and efficient coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with portfolio companies, promoting effective collaboration and communication.
* Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including booking flights, hotels, and other necessary arrangements.
* Document Preparation: Prepare meeting materials, including researching topics, assembling presentation packs, and proofreading documents.
* Contact Database Management: Update and maintain the contacts database/CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
* Expense Management: Oversee team expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

* Graduate level or equivalent qualification is required.
* A minimum of five years' experience working within a Private Equity environment is essential.
* The successful candidate will possess proven ability to work independently, effectively managing dynamic and complex diaries, with strategic planning and prioritisation skills.
* A proactive, self-starter attitude, combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is crucial for success in this role.
* The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong follow-up.
