You'll carry out timely, proportionate assessments and targeted interventions to protect children and promote positive outcomes. You'll also play a key role in mentoring less experienced staff and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Key responsibilities: Lead on complex child protection and safeguarding assessments Use your experience and judgement to complete high-quality interventions Support children and families through challenging and changing circumstances Offer mentoring and support to NQSWs, students, and team members Contribute to reflective supervision and a learning-focused team culture Maintain clear, accurate records using Liquid Logic The tools to support you: You came into social work to make a difference - not to be stuck behind admin.
