Working on Projects in the Southern Region. Setting Out Engineer Roles and Responsibilities Use site plans, technology, and instruments to mark the location of foundations, walls, access roads, and more. Ensure that construction projects start correctly and proceed as planned. Use clear markers to indicate where structures are going to be installed. Ensure that workers on the site adhere to the markers. Monitor the construction process to ensure that the building is being constructed correctly.
