Working closely with engineers, designers, and craftsmen, they ensure high standards at every stage of the process. Projects are predominantly undertaken across London, the South East, and the South West, with a focus on quality and innovation. Key responsibilities for this Architect role includes: Oversee projects from initial concept through to construction, encompassing design development, documentation, and contract administration. Handle client relations while managing project budgets, schedules, and maintaining quality standards. Collaborate with consultants and contractors to integrate building systems and ensure compliance with codes and regulations. Perform site visits to conduct surveys, monitor progress, and address on-site issues.What we’re looking for in this Architect role: Accredited Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Architecture with ARB registration. Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in architectural practice with a track record of delivering successful projects. Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrates strong abilities in design, communication, presentation, analysis, and problem-solving.
