This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who is eager to shape the culinary direction of a new venue, ensuring high-quality offerings that align with the company's mission of improving health and sustainability.
Oversee daily kitchen operations to establish efficient workflows and maintain high standards.
Source fresh, local, and ethically produced ingredients, fostering strong supplier relationships.
Implement waste reduction and circular economy principles to minimize environmental impact.
Train and mentor kitchen staff as the team grows.
Strong knowledge of food hygiene, health & safety compliance, and industry best practices.
Experience in stock management and waste reduction.
Proficiency with kitchen display systems (KDS).
