Pearson Carter are currently working with a growing organisation who are looking to hire a Lead Backend/ Full Stack Engineer to lead one of their product squads.
They offer a base salary of £60,000 - £70,000

Responsibilities:
* Lead of 3 product squads internally
* Time split between coaching BE devs and steering backend architecture
* New development within a microservices architecture
Experience:
* C#
* .NET Core and Web API
* Microservices
* SQL and NoSQL
* Azure

Salary
They offer an excellent salary: £60,000 - £70,000
Location
This client has an office in Solihull however they’re offering hybrid working.
