About the role:
To work with vulnerable young people aged 11-25 within the community to provide one on one support as well as being responsible for the successful running of youth club and projects in the area. To plan and prepare activities for the youth club in the evenings.
About you:
* Be able to build and maintain positive relationships with young people and strategic partners.
* Be willing to undertake corporate and bespoke training when required
* Be able to write reports and meet deadlines
* Have knowledge of relevant legislations including Youth Engagement &
Progression Framework.
* Be enthusiastic and committed
* Have good communication and listening skills
* Willing to work evenings
What you will do:
* Plan and organise youth work programmes.
* Manage a small caseload, to provide individual support to vulnerable
young people.
* Record, monitor and evaluate youth work activities.
* Write reports and case studies.
* Supervise and provide advise to colleagues.
* Run the youth club social media page

Salary: JNC professional Grade 9-12 (Bar £27,817 - £30,745 per annum pro rata (Unqualified) £31,885 - £34,708 per annum pro rata (Qualified)
