You will work across teams to ensure a smooth transition from air to sea for our guests. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Product Leadership:

Lead the full lifecycle of technology products across domains such as F&B, POS, and allergens—from ideation to retirement. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Drive alignment and execution across engineering, operations, commercial, and shipboard teams. Stakeholder Engagement:

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align product outcomes with strategic goals. Infrastructure Awareness:

Oversee delivery solutions involving physical infrastructure, ensuring integration with legacy systems and modernization efforts. Team Leadership:

Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, fostering ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement. Continuous Improvement:

Use data and feedback to refine processes and enhance service quality. Travel:

Occasional international travel to ships and ports, including some evening and weekend work. This role is classified as CUK06, offered as a full-time, permanent position with hybrid work options, including up to two days from home. What We’re Looking For Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through end-to-end product lifecycles in a matrixed environment. Strong track record of delivering complex technology solutions involving digital and physical infrastructure. Experience across multiple service domains, with understanding of operational and guest-facing technologies. Agile delivery expertise with relevant certifications and pragmatic implementation approach. Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
