We are building a Global Talent Mobility platform. Our goal is to help talented individuals from all corners of the world relocate and access the world’s most advanced ecosystems, such as Silicon Valley, London, and others.
We are currently looking for a PR Manager to lead our PR initiatives and help startup founders and tech industry professionals build their public profiles.
Role
You’ll lead our PR efforts and help top professionals build their public profiles.
Your main focus will be finding opportunities like media mentions, op-eds, podcasts, speaking opportunities, panel spots, awards, and more.
When content needs to be created (like articles), you’ll work with a PR Content Writer. You’ll handle client interviews, come up with ideas, and find great topics, while the writer turns those ideas into polished content.
You’ll also promote KOSMO as a company and boost our founder’s public profile.
You’ll keep our PR databases organized and growing—media contacts, event leads, journalist info, and more.
To summarize, your will:
* Interview tech professionals and entrepreneurs to uncover their expertise and brainstorm exciting topics and activities.
* Research to come up with creative PR ideas and strategies.
* Build and maintain a PR database including media outlets, events, awards, and other exposure channels.
* Pitch securing speaking slots, pitching articles, or arranging for clients to join panels or win awards.
* Collaborate with PR Content Writer, providing clear guidance and controlling content quality
* Support clients for speaking events, helping them craft presentations, speeches, and anything else needed for success.
If you do great as a PR Manager, you could become Head of PR, leading a bigger team. You’ll also qualify for bonuses andincome-sharing after good performance reviews.
What Makes You a Great Fit
* You’ve handled multiple public profiles at once, not just focused on one company or CEO.
* You know the digital tech world inside and out—whether from working in IT companies, PR for tech clients, tech media, or similar experience.
* You’re curious and great at research, able to dive into new topics, come up with creative ideas, ask smart questions, and understand complex stuff quickly.
* Your English is top-notch (C1/C2), and you’re confident interviewing clients, uncovering insights, and building relationships with journalists and event organizers.
* You’re a natural storyteller who can turn information into engaging, cohesive stories that captivate and inspire.
