What you’ll do:
* Lead and motivate our team of Front of House, Housekeeping, and Maintenance staff to ensure outstanding service and compliance with brand standards.
* Manage daily hotel operations, including the bar and kitchen, to keep us the UK’s number one.
* Understand the bigger picture and identify opportunities for improvement and growth in your hotel.
* Ensure health and safety standards are met and oversee food service operations to maintain high standards.
What you need:
* Previous management experience in hospitality or a similar environment.
* Strong leadership, customer service, and team management skills.
* Excellent communication skills with a warm, genuine approach.
* Commitment to safety and high service standards.
