Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team in Hemel Hempstead on our Cormar contract. This customer-facing role requires a commercially savvy individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving growth.

How will you contribute?
* Build relationships with customers, secure contract renewals, and ensure business excellence.
* Ensure all KPIs, such as operational and financial targets, are met.

* Advocate for excellent customer experience.
* Work efficiently to meet deadlines, ensuring customer satisfaction and service targets are achieved in line with our values and behaviors.
* Maintain effective communication throughout operations, providing updates on performance, company news, and procedures.
* Develop an effective people resourcing plan to meet business needs.
* Build relationships with business partners to meet service level agreements.
* Participate in budget reviews with added value thinking for the customer.
* Ensure operations benefit both the customer and the company.
What will you bring?
* Senior management experience within a 3PL environment, FMCG, or supply chain, with understanding of processes and operational requirements.
* Familiarity with stringent service level expectations in transport and warehouse environments.
* Commercial acumen with ability to deliver benefits against an open-book budget.
* Experience working closely with clients and developing effective relationships.
* Proactive, flexible, self-motivated, and driven to achieve.
* Continuous improvement mindset for processes.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Enthusiasm and commitment to operate in a highly customer-focused environment.
* Ability to commute to Hemel Hempstead five days a week.
