Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Planner to support the successful delivery of complex engineering programmes within a forward-thinking and innovative environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of emerging mobility solutions, including electrification, connected systems, and autonomous technologies.
You will play a key role in coordinating projects and their interdependencies within an Agile framework, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver projects using structured project management methodologies to achieve strategic business objectives
* Identify, plan, and coordinate project activities in collaboration with Product Owners and Scrum Masters
* Engage with operational teams to understand current processes and capture, document, and prioritise requirements
* Manage governance activities, including milestone tracking, status reporting, and risk/issue management
* Monitor programme health through KPIs and proactively drive risk mitigation and issue resolution
* Apply Agile principles to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across project delivery
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with expectations and value delivery
* Support additional tasks as required to ensure overall programme success
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Proven experience in project planning or project management, with a strong track record of delivery
* Working knowledge or experience of Agile project management frameworks
* Strong risk and issue management capabilities, with the ability to assess interdependencies and implement solutions
* Analytical and methodical approach with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to communicate complex data and concepts to diverse audiences
* Experience using structured problem-solving tools and methodologies
* Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence is advantageous
* Strong team collaboration skills with a proactive and supportive mindset
