Job Description
1. Map the industry and product marketing landscape to gain insights into key decision-making processes, competition, and emerging trends.
2. Define a compelling value proposition, addressing unmet customer needs.
3. Collaborate with customers to develop a joint technology roadmap and strategize with the commercial and product development teams
4. Lead activities from initial customer engagement through to bid submission and business acquisition
5. Ensure technical proposals align with customer programs and are consistent with the engineering guidelines
6. Coordinate system simulations and verify that customer performance targets are met with support from the performance and systems teams.
7. Gather all necessary requirements and conduct a gap analysis compared to the standard product offering.
8. Lead customer technical presentations, ensuring value proposition is clearly communicated and aligned with customer expectations.
9. Support the annual operating plan (AOP) and strategic planning process (STRAP) by working closely with Sales Directors and other stakeholders globally
