Our client is a unique startup with a mission to harness artificial intelligence for the visually impaired. They developed an innovative, smart, wearable device with an intuitive interface to improve daily life for people with disabilities.
They are looking to hire an exceptional individual to join their team of successful Field Sales Managers. This is a full-time, permanent position based at home with travel.
Requirements
* 3+ years’ experience in business development, field sales, customer success, or marketing; optician or optometrist background is a plus but not required
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Self-motivated with good time management
* Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette
* Comfortable working independently from home
* Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
* Experience working with elderly and people with special needs
* Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Job Responsibilities:
* Drive business development and sales in the UK
* Manage relationships with resellers, opticians, and clinics
* Increase awareness in the low vision community by collaborating with assistive technology agencies and organizations
* Present and demonstrate products to opticians and potential users
* Participate in marketing activities, events, and trade shows
* Provide training on device usage, benefits, and value
* Coordinate with team members, report activities, and participate in meetings
Measurement of Success:
* Meet sales quotas monthly, quarterly, and annually
* Receive positive feedback from partners and clients
