Support Worker
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team, supporting four individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and physical disabilities.
This is a rewarding role where you will be supporting people to live as independently as possible while promoting their wellbeing, choice, and dignity.
Key Details:
• £12.71 per hour
• 37.5 hours per week
• Sleep-in shifts required (minimum of 1 per week)
• Rotas include weekends and bank holidays
About the Role:
You will provide person-centred support tailored to each individual, helping with daily living tasks, encouraging independence, and supporting people to access and enjoy their community.
No two days are the same, and youll be part of a supportive team working together to provide the best possible care.
Shift Patterns:
This service operates on a flexible rota to meet the needs of the people we support. Example shifts include:
• 9:00am 4:00pm
• 12:00pm 5:00pm
• 12:00pm 4:00pm
• 4:00pm 10:00pm
• 5:00pm 10:00pm
• 4:00pm 11:00pm (Sleep-in) + 7:00am 9:00am
• 9:00am 10:00pm
• 9:00am 11:00pm (Sleep-in) + 7:00am 9:00am
Rota Pattern:
The rota runs on a 4-week cycle:
• One full weekend working
• One full weekend off
• One Saturday working
• One Sunday working
• Rotas may vary slightly to reflect the needs of the service.

• Someone kind, patient, and reliable
• Good communication skills
• A flexible approach to working hours, including sleep-ins and weekends
• Experience in care is helpful but not essential a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important
