Live-in Care Assistant – Agincare
Join us as a Live-in Care Assistant and help clients maintain independence in their own homes.
Base pay range – Between £650‑£800 per week, depending on client needs.
Other benefits: Refer a friend scheme up to £1000, full training programmes up to Level 5, blue light discount package, employee assistance programme, company pension scheme, on‑demand pay.
Responsibilities
* Companionship – providing support, communication and engagement
* Personal care – washing, bathing, showering, dressing and oral kukho
* Meals – supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages
* Domestic tasks – light cleaning and kitchen duties
* Mobility – supporting independence in moving around the home
* Social activities – arranging trips out, social engagements and recreational events
Qualifications & Requirements
* Minimum of 12 months of right to work
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Must be able to work a minimum of 2 weeks at a time
* Positive, professional and empathetic approach with strong collaboration and problem‑solving skills
What we offer
