We’re appointing three independent Operations Technical Authorities across:
Operations TA
Mechanical TA
Instrument TA
This is not a delivery role.
This is independent technical governance at senior level — assurance, oversight, and challenge across ongoing asset and operational activity.
You’ll be brought in to:
* Act as the independent technical conscience for the discipline
* Provide governance, challenge, and sign-off support
* Drive alignment to standards, integrity, and safe operational performance
* Support leadership with clear, defensible technical decisions
Contract details:
* Outside IR35
* 20 hours/week (flexible)
* Open-ended, recurring contract (steady ongoing requirement)
* Hybrid + asset visits (Aberdeen base)
* £85/hr
* Immediate start
