A leading international organisation is seeking an accomplished Head of Sales & Marketing to lead and inspire their global Sales & Marketing function. This high-profile role is responsible for driving new business, increasing sales, and expanding a worldwide membership base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a global commercial strategy across multiple divisions.
* Lead, motivate, and grow high-performing Sales & Marketing teams.
* Drive sales of services and expand international membership.
* Build key account plans, identify cross-selling opportunities, and set strategic targets.
* Plan and manage events, exhibitions, and customer engagement initiatives.
* Maintain strong relationships with key clients globally through regular visits and communication.
About You:
* Proven experience creating and executing commercial strategies.
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of inspiring teams.
* Excellent understanding of diverse industries and supply chains.
* Results-driven with experience setting targets and measuring performance.
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
* Comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels and international travel.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams/Zoom, PowerPoint; skilled in delivering presentations and webinars.
* Full driving licence essential.
Desirable:
* Experience in testing or certification environments.
* Event planning and delivery experience.
* Social media management experience.
* Familiarity with CRM systems.
