School Administrative Assistant

Location: St. Helens, Merseyside
Pay Rate: £13.68 - £14.50 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented School Administrator to join our vibrant school community ASAP in St. Helens.

As the first point of contact for parents and visitors, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of our daily operations. From managing student data to supporting the senior leadership team, your efficiency will help create a positive environment for our students to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintaining accurate student records using SIMS.
* Managing the school's front-of-house, welcoming visitors, and handling inquiries.
* Assisting with attendance monitoring and reporting.
* General clerical duties including filing, mailing, and coordinating school communications.

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience working in a school office is essential.
* Proficiency in SIMS (School Information Management System) is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
