Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff to ensure efficient operations.
* Lead and motivate the team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and excellence.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Implement training programs for new staff members on serving practices, and in keeping our standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant.
Experience
* Proven experience in restaurant management
* Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership skills in team management.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
