Job Title: Regional Travel Management Company (TMC) Manager
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 + up to 30% bonus OTE (capped at 45%)
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Dunstable, LU5 5XE, hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home), occasional work from Holborn, London possible
Role Overview
We are seeking a Travel Management Company Manager (TMC Manager) to oversee relationships with TMCs, develop account plans, and drive growth. This role involves managing existing accounts, sourcing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and conducting regular reviews. You will also represent Premier Inn at trade shows (3-5 per year).
Responsibilities
1. Manage and develop relationships with TMCs across the UK and Ireland.
2. Create and implement account plans to meet growth targets.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and the TMC landscape.
4. Negotiate contract renewals and revisions with TMCs.
5. Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews and produce monthly reports.
6. Represent Premier Inn at trade shows.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in the travel industry, particularly in relationship management, account management, or sales.
* Comfortable analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.
* Knowledge of business travel developments and trends.
