Solicitor – Personal Injury Department
Location: Middleton Office
Hours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm - Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch)
Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PI Solicitor to work at our Middleton office.
Applications are invited from 3 years PQE+.
Job role
Working within a busy office with a friendly team of people, you will be expected to carry out the following duties:
Duties
* Experience and the ability to run a caseload of 150+ Claimant PI Files.
* Experience in dealing with MOJ Portal, RTA cases, EL and PL fast track and multi track cases.
* Knowledge and experience of Proclaim Case Management System is desirable.
Skills Required
* Excellent communication and telephone skills.
* Excellent keyboard and IT skills.
* Organisational skills with ability to prioritise.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
