What You'll Do
* Deliver a consistently exceptional, personalized customer experience across multiple channels by leveraging expertise and collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes
* Ensure full compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, proactively identifying, reporting, and addressing any breaches to safeguard the business, customers, and stakeholders
* Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently, using insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhance the overall customer experience
* Support and refine processes to increase customer service quality and operational efficiency, contributing ideas to optimize the end-to-end customer journey
* Provide customers with accurate, timely, and relevant information to enable informed financial decisions, in accordance with consumer duty obligations
