Overview
Picker role at Booker. Part-time, 15 hours per week. Schedule options: Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday, or Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
Responsibilities
* Accurate picking and dispatch of goods by picking against a handheld terminal; advise the Manager of any differences.
* Check quality, shelf life and ensure packaging is robust in preparation for delivery.
* Provide a high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target.
* Be polite when dealing with delivery staff and respond appropriately to queries and complaints; refer any complex situations to someone who can help.
Requirements
* A can-do attitude and comfortable working to meet designated pick rates.
* A passion for customer service and willingness to go the extra mile.
* Always be there, on time and properly presented.
