The role

This is a senior product leadership role responsible for setting the direction and ensuring value delivery from core IT service management and automation platforms. The role owns the full product lifecycle – from strategy and roadmap through delivery and ongoing improvement – with a strong focus on customer experience, efficiency, resilience and measurable business outcomes.

You will

* Set and own the product vision and roadmap, translating business priorities into clear outcomes and a delivery plan that balances value, risk and pace.
* Lead end‑to‑end product delivery, ensuring platforms are designed, delivered and continually improved to meet user needs and operational requirements.
* Act as the main link between business and delivery teams, representing user needs, prioritising work based on value, and making clear product decisions.
* Put in place effective governance and controls, covering areas such as security, data, integrations, access and supplier management to ensure platforms remain sustainable and compliant.
* Build strong internal and supplier relationships, managing performance, resolving issues, and creating a collaborative, product‑led way of working that encourages learning and innovation.

You have

* Strong product leadership experience, with a track record of owning and delivering complex platforms or products across their full lifecycle.
* The ability to work in complex environments, bringing clarity where there are multiple stakeholders, technologies or competing priorities.
* Experience of prioritising work based on value, using data and outcomes to guide decisions rather than process alone.
A solid understanding of governance and risk, including security, data, and supplier management, and how to apply this in a practical way.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to explain “why”, bring people with you, and work effectively with a wide range of perspectives and approaches.
