We are looking for a Manufacturing Operations Graduate to join a leading aerospace and power generation manufacturer. Acting as a key support to the Manufacturing Manager, you’ll gain exposure across engineering, production, quality, HR and operational functions.

Job Description
Work closely with the Manufacturing Manager and team leaders to support daily operations
Get involved across different areas of the business including manufacturing, engineering, quality and HR
Help improve processes and solve day-to-day production issues
Support team leaders and shop floor staff with operational tasks
Assist with admin tasks such as time and attendance, investigations and general coordination
Help keep communication flowing between departments and support ongoing projects

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Degree qualified (Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive or Mechanical preferred)
Strong interest in manufacturing and operational environments
Organised, adaptable and willing to learn across multiple business functions
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with shop floor and management teams
