So, what will you be doing?
* Managing your own portfolio of residential rental properties with accountability
* Acting as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants
* Proactively handling tenancy management and maintenance matters
* Liaising with contractors to ensure works are completed efficiently and to a high standard
* Conducting property inspections and producing detailed reports
* Ensuring compliance and safety obligations are consistently met
* Managing check-outs and negotiating deposits professionally
* Maintaining accurate records using property management software
