The role
This is an opportunity for an experienced and dynamic educator with a clear vision, strong leadership skills, and a deep enthusiasm for Science to lead a vibrant and thriving department and shape the future of STEM at a leading independent prep school.
In this key leadership position, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the Science department, including managing the department's physical space, financial budgets and professional development of your colleagues.
You will bring a clear, strategic vision for the development of Science at Kensington Prep and will take the lead in realising and implementing your vision, ensuring excellent teaching and learning is consistently delivered across the department.
